With the January transfer window in its finally day, rumors are coming in fast. One of the biggest deals that could happen on deadline day involves Chelsea and a Serie A striker.
According to reports coming out of Italy, the Blues are rushing to complete a deal for Torino striker Andrea Belotti before the windows shuts close. The face that the Italian forward is highly sought after comes as little surprise due to his form in front of goal this season.
Having been linked with Arsenal recently, Belotti has registered 16 goals in 20 games so far this campaign. He has already surpassed his tally from the entire 2015/16 season.
Further reports suggest that Chelsea director Michael Emenalo is in Italy to complete the deal. However, the Italian forward will not come cheap.

He has a staggering £86m release clause, which means Conte’s side will have to break the bank in order to land. The Blues will shatter the club record fee they paid for Fernando Torres.
If the deal goes through, the Italian would bolster Chelsea’s attack. The Blues have been reliant on Diego Costa, which could be worry since his future at Stamford Bridge remains under doubt.
