When Liverpool seemed to put an end to Tottenham's chances of winning the EPL, Harry Kane gave Spurs a life line with a key goal.
The English striker managed to snatch a point off Liverpool with a fine finish, minutes after Pocchetino's crew had conceded a goal by Phillippe Coutinho. With his strike, Tottenham has to be considered a title contender, being four points away from Leicester City at the top of the EPL.
The relevance of Kane's goal didn't end with what happened today. The English ace scored his 22nd goal of the season, extending his lead at the top of the goal scoring table and becoming the only player in Tottenham's history to surpass the 21-goal mark since the Premier League was created.
Furthermore, Kane is six goals shy from becoming the team's all-time top scorer in a single season, as Gary Lineker's tally of 28 back in the 1991-92 season is the only milestone left to beat.
Here are a few stats and some thoughs from fans and experts about his display today.
