Louis Van Gaal may breathe a huge sigh of relief, as Jose Mourinho admitted to reporters that he is in no rush to make his return to football.
Sacked by London giants Chelsea back in January, the Portuguese tactician has long been linked with the managerial position at Old Trafford, with Inter Milan director Bedy Moratti claiming that the Red Devils have already completed the deal for the Special One.
In Singapore, the 53-year-old did however hint that he may wait until the season ends to resume work with a new team in time for the upcoming season.
“It’s better to wait for the right moment, the right move,” the former Blues boss said.
Mourinho also discussed about how the crazy media has him linked with several teams across the globe, joking that it won't be too long before he'll be tipped with the national team in Singapore.
“I read so many different things; one day it says yes, another day it says no. One day it says I [will] go to China, another day it says I [will] go to Italy. I go to Milan and people say that I’m going back to Inter. I’m here; probably you [the media] are saying that I’m going to the Singapore national team.”
