Manchester City's clash with Chelsea garnered a large audience for NBC, becoming the second-largest Nielsen-measured audience for a Premier League game this season.

Another week has come and gone, delivering us some interesting games and some eye-catching viewership numbers for soccer games in the USA.

To no one's surprise, the English Premier League and Liga MX reigned supreme, with these two beloved competitions making it into the top three on this list for most-watched games from February 12 to 18, 2024. However, unlike previous weeks, the English top flight nabbed the top spot, with Man City's 1-1 draw with Chelsea beating out the competition.

That exciting fixture between the Cityzens and the Blues garnered just over a million average viewers for NBC, making this the second-largest Nielsen-measured audience of the Premier League campaign, behind December's showdown between Arsenal and Liverpool.

Univision claimed the other two spots on the podium with their coverage of two Liga MX fixtures, the first being Cruz Azul's 1-0 triumph over Tigres UANL on Saturday. 841,000 average viewers tuned in for this game as both sides had a man sent off in the dying minutes.

And finally, we have Pachuca's 2-1 victory over Club America, a result which saw the Eagles slip further away from the league summit. A total of 785,000 average viewers tuned in to Univision while earning a 0.33 rating, only slightly below the other Liga MX fixture (0.36) but miles behind the Man City vs. Chelsea tie (0.6).
