The 2020/2021 DFB Pokal calendar has now been unveiled. Here's where to watch your favorite German side in action this month, and throughout the season.

The latest installment of the annual DFB-Pokal competition is set to begin soon, and 63 teams will be hoping to prevent Bayern from successfully defending their title.

Here's the upcoming September fixture list for the 2020/2021 DFB-Pokal tournament. Of course, given we now live in a world that has been disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this naturally could change at any time. As of now, however, the first round of fixtures will start on Friday, September 11, 2020.

What's the opening schedule set to look like? Are all the matches being played on the same day?

No. 31 of the 32 games from round one will be played from Friday, September 11 through Monday, September 14. Bayern's match against lower-tier side FC Duren will take place on Thursday, October 15th after die Roten were able to get their game rescheduled due to their participation in the delayed 2020 Champions League final and a very congested September fixture list.

When is the DFB-Pokal final?

If everything goes according to plan, the 2020/2021 DFB-Pokal will take place on Thursday, May 13, 2021.

What broadcasters will be showing the matches if I live in the USA, Canada, or in the UK?

Please note that many of the earlier matches from the first and second rounds may not be shown on your local broadcasters unless if they feature the "bigger" teams - so, for example, Leipzig, Dortmund, or Bayern, for instance. Thus, make sure you check out our bespoke DFB-Pokal page for updated listings prior to kick-off.

If you live in the USA, ESPN and its various platforms is how you can follow your favorite German side throughout the upcoming campaign. Games will be broadcast on ESPN and ESPN2, and Spanish-language coverage is available on ESPN Deportes.

Live-streaming and online coverage is available on ESPN3, ESPN+, ESPN+ Deportes, and ESPN App.

Fans based in Canada can check out OneSoccer.

And finally, German football followers who call the UK home can select BT Sport and its family of platforms, which includes BT Sport 1 and BT Sport 2. For live streaming, check out the BTSport App and BTSport.com.

An additional option is the DFB (German Football Association) YouTube channel, which will be showing various matches throughout the tournament for fans in the above-mentioned three countries as well as most countries around the world.
