Manchester United's pre-season has been quite interesting from day one, and what happened today was no exception.

The English side has made headlines since they landed in Australia, with Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard apparently having an argument on day one, or with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer practically shutting the door on all possible transfers.

Today, Manchester United will make headlines thanks to...Liverpool fans. Why? Because Reds' supporters living in Australia chartered a plane to remind the Red Devils just how successful they have been in Europe, doubling Manchester United's tally after their 2018-19 UEFA Champions League triumph back in June.

The gesture did not go down well among Manchester United players, but truth be told, it was an ingenious way of getting inside your bitter rivals' head.
