Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has praised rivals Tottenham Hotspur ahead of the crucial Premier League tie between the two sides at the White Hart Lane later today. The Italian tactician told the press that the Lillywhites had improved a great deal this season, and were far better off than they were in 2015/16.
