Liverpool’s Daniel Sturridge linked with a summer move to Arsenal [TWEETS]

The England international has been having a difficult time at Anfield since arriving at the Merseyside club from Chelsea back in 2013. Sturridge, an injury prone but lethal forward, is now reportedly looking to start new life in North London, precisely at the Emirates Stadium.

However, the fact that the 26-year-old is prone to injury has not gone down well with a section of the Gunners’ fans, who believe the club deserves a world-class striker. Check out his injury record since signing for Liverpool:

Arsene Wenger’s men have been struggling to find the back of the net in recent times courtesy of the misfiring Olivier Giroud. The Frenchman was on target on Sunday when Arsenal secured a two-all draw against rivals Manchester City. Before that, he had gone more than 15 hours of competitive football without scoring a goal for the club.

Now back to Sturridge, some Arsenal fans believe that the Liverpool goal poacher may not be the perfect fit for the club due to his injury-related problems, and most notably, the transfer fee of £30m. Here are some of the mixed reactions:
