It appears five matches and four goals at Arsenal, including a hat-trick in the Champions League, is not enough to make the world forget about Danny Welbeck's Manchester United days.
The 23-year-old striker put in a Man of the Match display against Turkish side Galatasaray en route to their 4-1 victory, a match which saw him be compared to legendary Arsenal striker Thierry Henry, earning him a call-up to the England national team.
The Three Lions, who will be hosting San Marino at Wembley on October 9 for a Euro 2016 qualifying match, before traveling to face Estonia on the 12th, look to deploy Welbeck in order to ensure safe progression for the tournament being held in France.

But the FA were found guilty of committing a huge blunder when they listed down Danny Welbeck as a Manchester United player.

Moving to the Emirates Stadium on transfer deadline day for a reported £16m fee, the Red Devils youth academy product left Old Trafford following the arrival of Radamel Falcao, a move which angered many of the Manchester United faithful.
Angry at seeing one of their own join a rival club, Manchester United fans are yet to see the Colombian ace score for the 20-time English Premier League champions since being brought on by Louis Van Gaal on a season-long loan worth £6m.
Arsenal supporters, on the other hand, have been enjoying Welbeck's fine form in front of goal.
