It wasn't easy, but Real Madrid finally won a La Liga title.
The Spanish giants will be looking to secure La Liga and the UEFA Champions League/European Cup titles in the same season for the first time since the 1950s after reaching their 33rd domestic title on Sunday. And while their at it, Los Blancos managed to set quite a few records along the way.

Zinedine Zidane also managed to enter two very exclusive lists

Zidane has only been in charge of Real Madrid's coaching seat for 18 months, and he's bagged four major trophies. Will he add one more on June 3? We'll have to wait and see.
