Video has surfaced on social media apparently showing Lionel Messi involved in a tussle with a man at a club while on holiday with his family.
The Argentine is currently in Ibiza with his partner and kids and attended a party on the Spanish island with Antonela Roccuzzo, his significant other. The pair had shared videos on social media of themselves enjoying their time together and caught up with team-mate Luis Suarez and his wife.
However, an unfortunate incident reportedly occurred during this party, as one man is said to have tried to fight with the five-time Ballon d'Or winner. As expected, security was close by, with the footage showing gaurds stepping in to escort the Argentine superstar to safety.
It remains unclear what caused this unpretty scene or whether Leo played any part in it, as he is seen doing nothing wrong in the video. Fortunately, the 32-year-old was unharmed. Watch the alleged incident in the video below.

This comes shortly after Ozil and Kolasinac dominated the headlines after their close encounter with two thugs. While they emerged unharmed as well, unlike the altercation with Messi, the two that came for the Arsenal pair were armed with knives and had the intention of robbing the German star.
Messi is yet to report for duty with Barcelona after his disappointing summer campaign with Argentina in the Copa America. The Catalan giants will kick off their title defense against Athletic Bilbao in mid-August. Valverde will be hoping to have a fully fit and ready Leo accompanied by new signing Antoine Griezmann.
