Luiz traveled to Barcelona for medical reasons, but he ended up turning the trip into a business one, according to those reports.
The former PSG defender has been banished by Chelsea boss Antonio Conte from the team's squad, and with the World Cup around the corner, David Luiz wants to keep playing to maintain his spot in A Canarinha's roster to play in the quatrennial competition.
This isn't the first time in which the Brazilian defender's name has emerged as a possible signing for Barcelona, but none of those attempts have worked out.
