At this rate, the real news will come when Manchester United wins games.
As one more game ended in disappointment for Manchester United fans, some of them looked for someone to blame. Who did they choose? None other than Marouane Fellaini.
The Belgian midfielder had recently entered the game before Anderlecht's equalizer. What stood out the most was Fellaini's unwillingness to defend, as he saw Leander Dendoncker head the ball into the back of the net without even making an effort to get in his way. A draw may be a good result for the Red Devils, but dropping yet one more game in the final moments is keeping their fans infuriated.
Some of the team's supporters vented their frustration on social media. Have a look at some of them.
You bring Fellaini on to stop something like that happening and he literally just watches it happen

Pogba and Carrick ran the game but that wasn't good enough for our manager, he had to yet again shrove Fellaini down our throats

Is it a coincidence that we bring on Fellaini and we concede?

Mourinho's obsession with Fellaini will take us down.

Mourinho only does one thing in game if we're winning: take off a forward, bring on Fellaini, give up control & then watch the team crumble.

Fellaini comes on against Everton at 1-0 up, game ends 1-1.

Just leave.
Letting Schweinsteiger go & keeping Fellaini is like getting rid of your Rolls Royce & driving around in a tractor!!

Fellaini stood there watching as Darmian who was really good tonight had to cover several yards to cover a man a few yards away :/
— Rodney (@Yaga_yawww) April 13, 2017
Leave Fellaini in Belgium please. @ManUtd

Fellaini comes on. We get overrun in midfield. Coincidence?
