Arsenal missing out on a rumored target is nothing new, but this one might be one fans won’t forget. According to the Daily Mail, the English Premier League outfit have missed out on German starlet Julian Draxler.
The Wolfsburg ace is an undeniable talent who has long been linked with the Gunners, but has struggled recently in the Bundesliga. One cause for that is the fact that he is despised by his own club’s fans for publicly revealing his desire for an exit.
He has been booed by Wolsburg supporters, which he even admitted was bad. The 23-year-old hasn’t scored all season, but he has still managed to create 21 chances this campaign.

Although the Emirates might not be his next destination, a Volkswagen Arena exit is imminent. The report claims that a deal has already been reached for Draxler, with PSG having struck a four-and-a-half year agreement.
One stumbling block remains, however: Wolfsburg’s asking price. Les Parisiens, currently struggling in Ligue 1, will have to fork out £34m for the German ace. However, Unai Emery’s crew are still working on the fee.
