In this age of social media and online journalism, don't assume that everyone knows the definition of plagiarism and the correct way of crediting a source. Well, at least, writers on FC Barcelona's official website don't know and they definitely need too!
As they rally their fans across the world to watch their crucial UEFA Champions League quarter-final second leg match away to Atletico Madrid, where else to turn to, of course, but LiveSoccerTV.com for global broadcast listings?
We're flattered! Yes.
Impressed? not so much!
Why? The failure to credit us correctly. FC Barcelona's article uses the data from our Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona match page but includes no credit and link back.
And there is no denying that the listings on Barca's "When and Where to watch" article is from Live Soccer TV. We actually have a secret trick that allows us to confirm that an outlet copied its broadcast information from our match pages.
So we've had a field day calling them out on Twitter!
