The Mexican side tied the first leg in the final seconds of the match, giving them a fighting chance to represent CONCACAF in the upcoming Club World Cup. Check out the live streaming & TV details for Montreal Impact vs Club America below.

The CONCACAF Champions League will live its final game of the 2014-2015 season, with Mexican champions Club America looking to live up to the hype against Montreal Impact. The hosts will try to become the first MLS side to win the tournament since its creation.

The Impact had some recent problems concerning their goalkeepers. Evan Bush, the team's usual shot-stopper, will not be available for this match after being handed a yellow card in the first leg. Kristian Nicht was signed to ease Frank Klopas' complications to defend the team's goal, while the club revealed there will be a historic attendance at Montreal's Olympic Stadium. The former NASL goalkeeper spoke in a press conference about the chance to play in the team's most important match, and ultimately, give them the ticket to play the Club World Cup.

Other players like Dominic Oduro used their Twitter feed to share how they are getting ready for what they consider to be the "most important match of their pro careers."

In the meantime, Club America has been working overtime lately to make some of their key players fit. For instance, one of the team's captains, Rubens Sambueza, may end up missing this crucial game due to a thigh injury. Looking for the bright side of things, striker Oribe Peralta is fully fit to start the game. "El Cepillo" scored Las Aguilas' late goal in the first leg, and his presence will surely be an ego boost for the team, where he will try to create danger alongside Dario Benedetto and Darwin Quintero.

One of the players who is considered a leader inside America's locker room is goalkeeper Moises Muñoz. The shot-stopper, who scored a goal during the final seconds of the Clausura 2013 final against Cruz Azul, felt really confident about the team's chances even after drawing the first leg against the Canadians.

"A team that lays back and defends all the time does not deserve to be crowned champion. We should have won the match with a three-goal difference, but now we have to bounce back playing away from home. We've done it before, and that's what makes this team one of the greatest in the continent," Muñoz revealed.

After the team's training session at the Olympic Stadium, Muñoz shared a picture via his Twitter feed, asking for their fans' support, even while they're away from home.

"Here we are, in great spirits, finishing the training session prior to the CCL finals. God willing, tomorrow we will hold the trophy up high!"
