Manchester United were dealt a massive blow in Sunday's Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur after Anthony Martial was sent off for slapping Erik Lamela. A momentary lapse of discipline ruined the day for the Red Devils as the 24-year-old striker was caught retaliating to being elbowed in the neck by the Spurs star.
United's home clash against Jose Mourinho's side was not devoid of drama with the first three goals of the encounter coming inside the first seven minutes under intriguing circumstances. With a 2-1 lead under their belt, Spurs were readying themselves to take a corner when Martial clashed with Lamela.
