Interestingly enough, Leicester City are now struggling after winning the title. The same happened, of course, to Chelsea last season. Thanks to making history, the Foxes are featuring in the Champions League this term, and have fared quite well so far. In fact, they're pretty much on course to move to the round of 16. However, they have not been as strong in the Premier League, and set a rather unwanted record when they lost to Hull on opening day.
Claudio Ranieri's men come into this match having won just one out of their last five games, although they managed to hold potential title contenders Tottenham to a 1-1 draw. However, the Italian tactician will be missing first-choice shot-stopper Kasper Schmeichel after suffering a broken hand during their scoreless stalemate with Copenhagen, along with key midfielder Nampalys Mendy, who is still recovering from a knee problem.
West Brom
Leicester's upcoming opponents, West Brom, haven't fared much better. The Baggies have won just twice this season, and in fact, twice in their past 19 games. Having recorded three straight draws, they then followed that up with two defeats and so arrive at King Power Stadium having picked up just three points out of a possible 15. The injury to club-record signing Nacer Chadli is a massive blow for an already struggling side who have not won a game since September.
