Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has revealed that he wants to win a treble in his last season with the Bundesliga giants. The experienced manager is set to kick-start his career in the Premier League as Man City manager next season. With the Bavarians firmly in the race for the Bundesliga title, DFB-Pokal and the Champions League, the former Barcelona boss believes he has what it takes to clinch all the three titles at their disposal.
The Spanish tactician was speaking at a pre-match conference ahead of their crucial Champions League quarterfinal tie tie with Portuguese giants Benfica at the Allianz Arena.

He was actually hinting that he could absorb the pressure of winning a treble just like he did at his previous club Barcelona. Under Pep’s stewardship, the Bavarians have been knocked out of the UCL at the semi-finals stage in the last two consecutive seasons after losing to Real Madrid in 2014 and his former side Barcelona in 2015. Prior to the two semi-final exits, the Bundesliga giants had won a treble in the 2013 season.
Pep was in charge of Barcelona for four years, and won the Champions League title in 2009 and 2011 with the Spanish giants. With six games remaining in the Bundesliga, and Bayern Munich sitting five points clear at the top of the table, the Allianz Arena outfit already have one leg inside the league title. However, they still have to sweat it out for the Champions League and DFB-Pokal titles.
