Fanatiz Canada is the Canadian version of Fanatiz, a subscription-based streaming service. Fanatiz was launched in September 2017 and subsequently rolled out service in Canada in April 2018. It is owned and operated by the Fanatiz Group and was created by businessman Matias Riviera in conjunction with Raúl Rivera and David Belmar with an initial focus on South American competitions.The streaming platform is accessible to users on computers (PCs and Macs in web browsers), smart TVs, mobiles, and tablets. There is no option to watch content via a traditional linear TV subscription as Fanatiz is a streaming-only service. Commentary is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Fanatiz has held rights to a range of competitions from South America since becoming available in Canada. This includes the CONMEBOL World Cup qualifiers, Brasileirão (Brazilian Série A), Argentine Primera División, the Copa Libertadores, and the Copa Sudamericana. Outside South American competitions, Fanatiz has also streamed games from Ligue 1 and FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
