De Santosh Trophy is een voetbaltoernooi in knock-outvorm dat wordt betwist door regionale staatsverenigingen en overheidsinstellingen onder de All India Football Federation (AIFF). Het toernooi werd opgericht in 1941 en werd ooit beschouwd als het belangrijkste nationale kampioenschap in India, voordat de eerste nationale clubcompetitie, de National Football League, werd opgericht.
Aan de competitie nemen 31 teams deel.
