New World TV has the exclusive rights to show live coverage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Congo DR, Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Guinea, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, and Togo.
The deal, which covers the majority of Sub-Saharan Africa, was agreed in the summer of 2025 and means that the majority of World Cup matches are on pay-TV in the region, just as they were for the 2022 Qatar World Cup.

2024-2027
New World TV (NWTV) has secured non-exclusive French-language broadcast rights in sub-Saharan Africa for the UEFA Champions League until 2027. The Togo-based satellite TV provider’s contract covers the 2024-25 to 2026-27 seasons of the Champions League, the UEFA Europa League, the UEFA Europa Conference League, and the UEFA Youth League.

The Togo-based commercial broadcaster covers the following countries in addition to Togo: Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Senegal, and Tunisia.

Fans of the UEFA Conference League in sub-Saharan Africa can watch live matches in French on New World TV. The Togo-based television network has secured the broadcast rights for the 2024-25 to 2026-27 seasons across 26 territories, including Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Senegal, and more.
New World TV broadcasts live UEFA Conference League games in sub-Saharan Africa in both French and local languages via satellite and the Internet.

New World TV (NWTV) has acquired non-exclusive LaLiga media rights in multiple sub-Saharan African territories from 2024-25 to 2028-29. The Togo-based commercial provider offers free-to-air coverage of select LaLiga matches in Togo. It has also secured a sublicensing agreement to show LaLiga games on a free-to-air basis in Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, and the Seychelles.

New World TV holds the exclusive rights to Serie A matches in 22 Sub-Saharan countries in a deal that runs for three years until the end of the 2026-27 season.
The deal means that African fans can watch all 380 Italian Serie A matches live via the New World TV Sports channel in Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, the Central African Republic, Comoros, Congo-Brazzaville, DR Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles and Togo.

New World TV has acquired non-exclusive Bundesliga media rights in over 20 African territories until 2027 following a new three-year deal with Bundesliga International. The commercial broadcaster shares French-language coverage of the Bundesliga with fellow pay-TV provider Canal Plus.
