About 10 Play
Network 10 is one of five free-to-air Australian television networks. Frequently referred to as 10, the channel can be found in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, and Brisbane, being owned and operated by Ten Network Holdings, a division of ViacomCBS. 10 is often referred to as one of the top three most watched channels in Australia.
Network 10 has made a name for itself with its news and current affairs shows, by airing international and domestic programs, and by its in-depth sports coverage, which has included motor sport, Australian rules football, football, and rugby. Speaking about international events, Network 10 has covered different editions of the Winter Olympics and the Summer Olympics.
10 Play is Network 10’s video on-demand and catch up TV service. It was launched on September 29, 2013. The service added a 24-hour live streaming option on January 26, 2018 after giving users five days to test its capabilities. It is available on mobile phones and tablets working with Android or iOS, set-top boxes, video game consoles, smart TVs, and desktop users. Some shows aired by the channel, which may include sports events, may not be available to stream live due to digital broadcasting rights restrictions.
