Samrin spends her free-time reading novels. She has a love for science-fiction as she studies in that field. She enjoys listening to music. She also has a love for tennis although her love for football is unmatched.

Her love for football mainly started from the 2002 World Cup. She has always been a huge fan of the German poacher Miroslav Klose. Her current favourite players are Toni Kroos, the playmaker at Bayern Munich and Philipp Lahm, the Bayern captain.
