Rogers is the official Women’s Super League rightsholder in Canada, securing a broadcast agreement from the 2025-26 season onwards. This deal was brokered by IMG, the sports marketing agency appointed as the WSL’s international media rights distributor.As a result, Women’s Super League fans in Canada can watch live WSL games on Sportsnet’s linear and digital platforms. This includes Sportsnet One, Sportsnet Plus, and Sportsnet World, as well as the Sportsnet+ streaming service.
Canadian viewers can watch the Women’s Super League on Sportsnet channels via cable, satellite, and streaming television; however, a subscription to a third-party TV operator is required. While availability is subject to change, Sportsnet channels have been offered by providers such as Bell, Shaw, Rogers, Telus, and more.
Additionally, Canadians can stream live WSL matches on the Sportsnet+ streaming service. While Sportsnet+ offers a standalone Sportsnet+ subscription, viewers subscribed to a partnered TV provider can access the streaming platform at no additional cost.

Sportsnet is an English-language sports channel operating in Canada. It is owned by Rogers Media and it held its first broadcast on October 9, 1998. Sportsnet is considered one of the top sports channels in Canada, with over 8 million homes in Canada being able to watch its feed.
Sportsnet has evolved into four different regional feeds, and it also has two more sister channels: Sportsnet One and Sportsnet World. Each feed has the capability of broadcasting its own content, but Sportsnet remains as the main source of live games and sports for this company.
Sportsnet’s started off with a bang by securing exclusive rights to broadcast NHL games. Its first game featured the New York Rangers and the Philadelphia Flyers. Since then, Sportsnet has secured a variety of broadcasting rights which include Major League Baseball games, NFL matches, motor sports events and tennis, to name a few.
Speaking about soccer, Sportsnet has been able to air top-caliber competitions such as the Premier League and games from the traditional FA Cup. Sportsnet also aired UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa league matches in the past. Furthermore, the channel was allowed to broadcast the 2006 and 2014 FIFA World Cups and the 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
