2023-2026
Fans in Mexico can watch live Liga MX games on TUDN and stream live matches on ViX, thanks to Televisa’s broadcast deal for Mexican top-flight football, securing the rights to the home fixtures of some of the biggest clubs.
This includes Liga MX heavyweights such as América, Pumas, and Cruz Azul, as well as Santos, Atlas, Rayados, and Toluca, which fans can watch on the TUDN, Canal 5, and Canal 2 TV channels.

Las Estrellas history, coverage, features
Las Estrellas is a Mexican free-to-air television channel available in Mexico that is owned by TelevisaUnivision.The channel was launched in the country back in 1951 as Canal 2, and it has gone through a number of name changes since. In 1985, it became known as El Canal de las Estrellas, and in 2005, it was renamed Canal de la Estrellas.
It was not until 2016 that it was eventually rebranded as Las Estrellas, and it has remained the same since.
The programming on Las Estrellas has historically been centred on news and entertainment shows. Over the years, it has also broadcast live coverage of major sporting events, including the Olympic and FIFA World Cups.
In previous editions of the World Cup, football fans have been able to enjoy pre-match build-up and Spanish-language commentary as part of their live match coverage. Replays and highlights have also played a part in their coverage.
In addition to being available on linear TV in Mexico, Las Estrellas can also be streamed via the ViX app. This app contains all of the content produced by TelevisaUnivision and is available to be downloaded for free onto iOS and Android devices.
