South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) has acquired multi-platform broadcast rights for the 2024/25 CAF Champions League. The single-season contract put the public-service broadcaster in a joint agreement with fellow multi-territory channel operator Azam Media. Though SABC’s TV and radio feed may be accessible in neighbouring African countries such as Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia and Zimbabwe, it is worth noting that SABC’s free-to-air CAF Champions League rights cover South Africa specifically.

In addition to live, delayed and repeat matches, SABC shows match highlights and auxiliary programs. Live TotalEnergies CAF Champions League may be streamed online and on mobile via SABC Plus (or SABC+), which simulcasts SABC 1, SABC 3, and SABC Sport and is compatible with Android and iOS devices.
