Aragón TV is a free-to-air television channel in Spain, which focuses its content to the Aragón community in Spain. The channel is owned and operated by the Corporación Aragonesa de Radio y Televisión (CARTV), who launched the channel on April 21, 2006.
Aragón TV is considered a general entertainment channel due to the variety of topics included in its schedule. Speaking about sports, Aragón TV developed a close relationship with local football club Zaragoza. The network agreed to sponsor the team for a few years, while the team urged Mediapro (owner of the TV rights) to hand Aragón TV some of the team’s games as hosts.
