The Portuguese forward has already made a mark in the Spanish domestic league.

Andre Silva has hit the ground running in his La Liga career having recently joined Sevilla on loan from AC Milan. The Portuguese youngster who has been tipped for a stellar career justified his acquisition by scoring three goals in his team’s 4-1 win over the newly promoted Rayo Vallecano.

His exploits ensued in full force after Franco Vazquez had initially opened the scoring for Pablo Machín side inside the 15th minute. Silva then doubled Valencia’s lead in the 31st minute and added his second on the stroke of half-time.

His third of the night came 11 minute to the end of proceeding before Adri Embarba grabbed a consolation for the visitors from the penalty spot in the 85th minute. Per La Liga’s record books, Andre Silva, as a result, became the first player to score a hat-trick on his debut in the 21st century.

The 21-year-old forward, in contrast to his overall tally of two goals in 24 matches for AC Milan last season, also made a massive stride with Sunday night’s yield.
