The winger's last-gasp goal was enough to keep the Blues' top-four hopes alive.

Eden Hazard salvaged a crucial point for Chelsea with a last-gasp strike at home to Wolves and successfully landed a personal record in the process. The Belgian attacker's side almost lost a grip on their fight to a place in the top-four after conceding first against the visitors.

Chelsea entered the weekend's encounter in 6th place, two points behind 4th place Manchester United who played against Arsenal later in the day. After failing to break down the Wolves in the first half, the Blues were given a major scare as Nuno Espirito Santo's side took the lead in the 56th minute through Raul Jimenez.

With the potential of a comeback skidding out of the hands of Sarri's men, Eden Hazard turned up once again to ensure that spoils were shared in injury time. The 28-year-old winger fired home a pass from Willian on the edge of Wolves' penalty area to grab his 13th Premier League goal of the season.

Cumulatively, the Belgian playmaker has been involved in 24 goals for Chelsea in the league campaign thus far (13 goals, 11 assists), making this season his most productive since joining the Blues. In addition, Eden Hazard joined Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba as only the third player in Chelsea's history to score 50 or more Premier League goals at Stamford Bridge.

Interestingly, the Blues have never lost a league game at home in which Eden Hazard scored. They have registered 35 wins and five draws in those matches.
