Los Blancos' boss shared his views on a variety of topics following FIFA's 'The Best' gala on Monday.

Cristiano Ronaldo's relationship with Real Madrid's president Florentino Pérez had not ended on the best terms, but it seems that Los Blancos' main man is ready to bury the hatchet with the team's all-time top scorer.

Speaking in an interview with Spanish TV show "El Chiringuito", Pérez admitted that he would be glad to see CR7 staging a comeback to La Casa Blanca in the near future despite his tumultuous departure from the team a couple of months ago.

"He's a player that earned a spot in the hearts of all madridistas. I'm positive that he will return to the team some day," Pérez stated.

Los Blancos' exec hinted that everything is OK between the former Real Madrid footballer and himself, despite reports about a broken relationship between the two of them. In fact, he regretted not having the possibility to share a few moments with him during the gala that took place on Monday.

"I would have given Cristiano a big hug. All of us that love Real Madrid were happy to name him as one of our own. He was a worthy successor to Alfredo DiStefano," Pérez added.
