OL Reign made the best out of an NWSL weekend that saw the Portland Thorns and North Carolina Courage lose on the same day for the first time since July 1, 2017.

The Reign extended its undefeated streak to six games after taking down an inspired Orlando Pride side 3-0 at Cheeney Stadium. Laura Harvey's team took care of business in the first half, scoring all the goals in the opening 32 minutes.

The Dash will host OL Reign at BBVA Stadium in downtown Houston on Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcasted on CBS Sports Network in the USA and Canada and streamed internationally on Twitch.

Two of the U.S. women’s national team brightest stars, Sam Mewis and Rose Lavelle, will return to the NWSL for the 2021 season. Mewis will head back to the North Carolina Courage while Lavelle is expected to make her OL Reign debut on May 26.

USWNT midfielders Sam Mewis and Rose Lavelle arrived at England in August 2020 and wore Sky-Blue in the final days of Manchester City's 2019/21 season and the entirety of their 2020/21 season.
