Mbappe and Neymar's relationship might not be its best in recent times but whenever the pair grace any football field, best believe they will deliver standout performances. Such was the case on Tuesday night when they lined up alongside Lionel Messi in the Paris Saint-Germain attack and worked together to produce another brilliant goal to inspire their side to a narrow 2-1 win over Juventus.
Both players entered the first group game of the campaign with seven goals each after a blistering start in Ligue 1 and it did not take long for them to make a mark in another big European night. In less than five minutes after kick-off, Neymar and Mbappe found themselves exchanging short, intricate passes closer to the Juve 18-yard box. The expected result from the build-up immediately arrived with the latter dashing straight into the visitors' penalty area and smashing the ball home after being picked out by his striking partner's brilliant ball over the top.

Mbappe was able to increase PSG's tally with his second of the night, this time burying a low shot after a delightful one-two with Achraf Hakimi. The 23-year-old Frenchman had a couple of opportunities to end the night with a hat-trick but spurned both attempts as Juventus pulled one back through Weston McKennie.

With his contribution in the night for PSG, Kylian Mbappe took his tally in the Champions League to 35, becoming the youngest player ever to register that haul in the competition's history. The 2-1 scoreline saw Les Parisian climbing to second on the chart with Benfica assuming the top spot In Group H's following their 2-1 win over Maccabi Haifa.

Neymar's assist to Mbappe first goal was too cold, only a few players can pull an assist like that pic.twitter.com/N1O7zmO3Kn
