A London derby between Arsenal and Chelsea promises to be an exciting fixture. Watch live on NBCSN as both these sides look to make a push for the Premier League title.

Preview: Arsenal out to ruin Mourinho's home record on Arsene Wenger's special day

Arsenal and Chelsea will lock horns at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, in a match that has serious title implications.

The Gunners are four points back of Jose Mourinho’s squad, but they also have a game in hand. Claiming all three points would really ignite the title race, but it would also give Arsenal a big lift on an important day.

Arsene Wenger will manage his 1,000th match as Arsenal manager at Stamford Bridge. That should be more than enough of a reason for his players to leave everything on the pitch. But if they need more motivation, Mourinho has yet to lose a match against Arsene Wenger. Speaking of losing, Mourinho has also not lost at home as Chelsea manager.

Two impressive records for the Portuguese manager, but will Arsene Wenger be able to lead his club to victory on such a memorable day?

Chelsea fans will not believe that, but as we have seen, anything is possible in the Premier League. Who would have thought that the Blues would leave Villa Park with zero points, two red cards, and Mourinho sent off?

Ramires and Willian will be unavailable for this match due to their sending off against Villa. Fortunately for Mourinho, he he has adequate depth in the squad to replace both players.

Arsenal on the other hand come into this London derby having won their previous fixture at White Hart Lane. A superb strike from Tomas Rosicky just 72 seconds into the match was enough to earn Arsenal the three points.

The Czech Repbublic international has picked up an ankle injury and he will face a late fitness test. Wenger has also confirmed that Ryo Miyaichi will miss the remainder of the season with a serious hamstring injury. Just add his name to the already long list of injuries that Arsenal have been dealing with.

One player who could make his debut is Kim Kallstrom. The Swedish international has yet to feature for the Gunners, but he could find himself on the bench against Chelsea.

A meeting between these two sides always sparks a lot of interest. With Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho not exactly seeing eye-to-eye, things get even more interesting.

It will be Wenger and his milestone, against Mourinho and his impeccable record at Stamford Bridge.
