Bundesliga: Where to watch RB Leipzig vs Frankfurt and all matchday 27 games live

The battle to secure European football is on in the Bundesliga and the upcoming gameweek could present an interesting outlook to the race.

The last roundo of matches in the German Bundesliga before the international break rolls in is upon us, with fans anticipating another interesting round as we approach the business end of the competition. Borussia Monchengladbach will travel to Bochum on Friday night with the hope of a getting a favorable result after their poor showing this season.

There are five games slated for Saturday, four of which will be played on the 2:30pm kick-off time. League-leaders Bayern Munich will host Union Berlin in the last game of the day and will fancy their chances to pull away from second-placed Borussia Dortmund who have closed the point gap to just four. On Sunday, Die BVB will be out to pile pressure on the Bavarians when they take on Koln. Before tthe fixture, RB Leipzig and top-four chasing Eintracht Frankfurth will go head to head at the Red Bull Arena and Wolfsburg will also meet Bayer Leverkusen.

Top games to watch on Matchday 27 in the Bundesliga

  • Greuther Furth vs Freiburg: The Bundesliga returns this weekend, with Greuther Furth hosting Freiburg on Saturday afternoon in the German top flight's 27th game week. Th host is in horrible form and now sits at the bottom of the Bundesliga table with only 14 points. Last time out, they were thrashed 6-1 by high-flying RB Leipzig, and they will be searching for their first win in five attempts. For the visitors, the game will present the with the chance to continue their impressive run as they target as Champions League place. They currently sit in fifth with 44 points from 26 games, and come into the clash on the back of a 3-2 win over Wolfsburg.

  • Hertha Berlin vs Hoffenheim: Hertha Berlin and Hoffenheim will face off in the German capital on Saturday, with the former locked in a struggle at the bottom of the Bundesliga standings. They have lost their past five league games and are in danger of relegation, while their guests are in sixth place, level on points with fourth-placed RB Leipzig in the Champions League qualification race.

  • Bayern Munich vs Union Berlin: League leaders Bayern Munich will aim to return to winning ways when they welcome Union Berlin to the Allianz Arena on Saturday evening. The Bavarian giants have won only two of their past five league games, while the Iron Ones have only won one of their last six.

  • RB Leipzig vs Eintracht Frankfurth: RB Leipzig will take on Eintracht Frankfurt at the Red Bull Arena on Sunday afternoon as they look to add to their strong run to stay alive in a tight race for UEFA Champions League football next season. The home side is flying high under manager Domenico Tedesco, beating bottom-placed Greuther Furth 6-1 in their last game after overcoming an early deficit to stage a comeback. On the contrary, the visitors also registered a a 2-1 comeback win against Bochum in their last league game and approach this weekend's game on the back of advancing to the Europa League quarter-finals after beating Real Betis 3-2 on aggregate.

  • Koln vs Borussia Dortmund: The Bundesliga's Matchday 27 concludes on Sunday with title contender Borussia Dortmund visiting FC Koln's RheinEnergieStadion. Following a late victory in midweek, the visitors narrowed the distance at the top to only four points, while the hosts won a tight derby last weekend to keep their European aspirations alive.
