All eyes have been on the Italian manager after his recent outburst in the wake of Spurs' dip in form.

The arrival of Antonio Conte at Tottenham was hailed as a brilliant coup for the club, and for obvious reasons, having won silverware everywhere he has gone.

However, the north London giants quickly learned that while drastic and immediate improvement is guaranteed under the Italian, hiring him isn't without its drawbacks.

It did not take long for the former Inter Milan boss to blast the club's deficiencies after every disappointing defeat. Eventually, it culminated in the astonishing post-match interview following the club's 1-0 loss to Burnley in which he hinted at an early north London exit.

Conte eventually committed his future to the club and led the team to an excellent 4-0 victory over Leeds. Despite this, Spurs will likely never be too far from the headlines.

However, is this a negative thing? Tottenham superstar Son Heung-Min lifted the lid on what it is like to work under Antonio, revealing that his demanding nature and hatred for losing should be should be celebrated at the club, not demonized.

"We have a fantastic manager. He brings passion, he brings so much positive energy. We are all happy to work with him. I think it's so, so important we keep this," Son said, as per BT Sport.

"That's why he's special. He's so passionate. He wants to win, he wants clean sheets, he wants us to be better.

"This I think is such a positive signal. We should take this as improvement and we should be also that passionate for the games coming."

Despite all of this, recent rumors claim Conte could still walk this summer should the Premier League giants fail to show ambition and back him in the transfer window. Nonetheless, things aren't as bleak as they appear. Although they have lost four of their last six league games, Tottenham are only five points behind fourth-placed Manchester United and have two games in hand over the Red Devils.
