The French star was key to help PSG beat Los Blancos in the Round of 16 clash at Parc des Princes.

The stage at Parc Des Princes had just seen how far Kylian Mbappé has come as a footballer, and when the game came to an end and he had established himself as the main threat to Real Madrid's UCL campaign, he went on to add one more hue of mystery to his future.

Speaking to Spanish media outlet Movistar+, the player spoke in perfect Spanish about his future, which has been heavily linked to Real Madrid from next summer and going forward. PSG fans may be fond of his words, while Real Madrid supporters may not be as happy with what he said.

"No, this does not have an effect on my decision. I am going to leave everything on the pitch until the end of the season. I have not made a decision about my future," Mbappé stated.

Moments later, he spoke about the same issue to RMC Sports, and he urged fans to wait until the end of the campaign to see where he will be playing next season.

"I wanted to focus on fotball. There's a lot of talk going on, everyone knows a bit about everything, but yet they have nothing to talk about. The truth is that I'm focused on trying to help the team, and we will have to leave everything out there on March 9. I am focused and happy to be a PSG player," Mbappé added.

Before the interview concluded, Mbappé spoke about the end result of this game, which has given PSG an edge over their Spanish rivals to make it to the next round.

"We are happy because we played a great game, it was truly important for us to do so. We carried the game's rhythm and we worked together, but it's only a game. We are ready for the second leg. The tie got better for us, but it's not over yet, we know how Real Madrid will put up a fight," Mbappé concluded.
