The Ligue 1 giants released their squad list for their Real Madrid clash and it offers both good news and bad.

While all eyes have been fixated on Karim Benzema and whether the Real Madrid superstar will be ready to feature, one PSG sensation has almost quietly returned to fitness in time for this highly-anticipated UEFA Champions League round of 16 showdown.

That player is none other than Neymar. The Brazilian ace was included in the squad for the first leg clash with Los Blancos, dispelling rumors that he would miss the crucial Parc des Princes battle.

The Selecao talisman had been out since November and failed to feature in their last-gasp 1-0 victory over Rennes in the league. While the former Barcelona man has recovered from his ligament injury, the odds of him starting at home against the Merengues are low, meaning he will likely come off the bench at the very best.

PSG fans can be forgiven for celebrating this update as they will need their best players fit and ready to go if they wish to beat the 13-time Champions League winners. However, it wasn't all great news as one superstar has been ruled out for this game.

That man is Sergio Ramos, the defender who captained Real Madrid for several years until his exit last summer. The Spaniard has been dealing with a calf injury and has not recovered in time, meaning he will miss out on an early encounter with his former club.

However, the World Cup winner should be available for the second leg bar any relapses and complications. A return to Santiago Bernabeu is what everyone awaits as the iconic center-back failed to get the sending off he deserved.
