If the first leg is anything to go by, this encounter is set to be a very close one. Lyon was boosted by their performance against Spurs seemingly as they went on to beat Bordeaux by four goals, despite having lost their previous two Ligue 1 matches. Spurs is on a good run of form. Their only recent blip was the shock cup defeat to Leeds United.
