Univision to broadcast seven Liga MX and two Ligue 1 matches - February 8-10, 2013

Miami Beach, Florida (February 6, 2013) – Univision’s coverage switches back to the adventure in the French Ligue 1 and the Liga MX following a Wednesday marked by international clashes - including Mexico’s CONCACAF Fourth Round World Cup qualifier against Jamaica at the Estadio Azteca. Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s PSG will host Bastia in the first fixture of Matchday 24 in France. The French capital giants aim to go six points clear at the top of the Ligue 1 table. They could do so for at least 48 hours as their match is set to kick off at 14:30 EST on Friday, February 8. Saint-Etienne will also welcome Montpellier on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. EST. Both French Ligue 1 fixtures will air live on Univision Deportes and TDN.

Notice: these matches are the only ones on TDN’s weekend list after airing Wednesday’s international friendly between France and Germany which ended 2-1 against Les Bleus. 

In addition to soccer made in France, watch Matchday 6 of the Liga MX on Univision Deportes. Jaguares, still wounded by last week’s narrow loss to Atlas, will play away to Queretaro in the hope of moving out from the rock bottom position in the table. Kick-off time is at 18:00 EST on Saturday, February 9, 2013. 

Monterrey vs Tijuana will begin a couple of hours later while Tijuana and America will lock horns simultaneously in a fixture that will air live on UniMás.  Catch Atlas vs Atlante on UniMás as well in a very late battle scheduled for 22:00 EST this Saturday.

At this same hour, Univision Deportes will broadcast San Luis’ encounter against Puebla, followed by Toluca vs Tigres UANL and Santos Laguna vs Pachuca on February 10 at 13:00 EST and 17:00 EST respectively.
