The Frenchman reached a century of goals for Les Parisians with his contribution in Sunday night's win over Monaco.

Kylian Mbappe took yet another massive step in his charge to become Paris Saint-Germain's outright all-time goalscorer by reaching triple figures with his goals on Sunday. The 22-year-old forward hit his side's first two goals in the night's top-flight encounter with AS Monaco to reach the 100 goals threshold in his career for the French capital club.

Mauricio Pochettino's men approached the clash with a 10-point lead in Ligue 1 but still did not rest on their laurels coming up against one of the league's top sides. Indeed, it did not take long for the deadlock to the broken with Mbappe stepping up in the 12th minute to convert a penalty-kick that was awarded to Angel Di Maria against the former's boyhood club.

PSG's lead was then doubled inside the first minute of additional time in the first half. This time, it was Lionel Messi who set-up the World Cup-winning forward to grab his second goal of the night. The strike took his goal tally for the league leaders in all competitions since joining the club in 2017 to exactly 100, becoming only the third player after Zlatan Ibrahimovic (113) and Edinson Cavani (138) to reach triple figures for the club.

With rumors of a move to Real Madrid gradually resurfacing ahead of the winter transfer window, the question remains whether the Frenchman will be around right until the end of the season to extend his goal tally and become PSG's all time top-goalscorer in seasons to come.
