The Reds continue their quest for the top spot after two impressive performances away from home. Will they repeat their goalscoring prowess at Anfield?

Liverpool and Brighton are set to deliver one of the most interesting games in the English Premier League this weekend, as both clubs are currently ranked among the top five in the category and have given fans some of the top moments in the league so far.

Liverpool get to this game after destroying Manchester United with a five-nil victory at Old Trafford. Added to that, the Reds are the only unbeaten team in the English Premier League with six wins and three draws. If that was not enough reason to praise the team's season, their attacking performances tally up to 27 goals, the best record in the league. The only stain in their record may be their performance at home, where they have won two and drawn two more, including their 2-2 draw against Manchester City back on October 3rd.

When it comes to individual performances, no player has stood out more than Mohamed Salah. The Egyptian ace has scored ten goals and has handed out five assists for the team this season, cementing his status as one of the league's must-watch players. Other notable performers include Sadio Mané (5 goals), and Roberto Firmino (four goals).

On the other side of the pitch, Brighton will want to return to winning ways following their 4-1 defeat to Manchester City last time out. Moreover, the Seagulls have to find a way to win game again, as they have not been able to win any of their last five in all comps (3 draws, two losses). Brighton are ranked fifth with only nine goals to their name and nine against them.

The away side will surely rely on the performances of Neal Maupay, Alexis Mac Allister and Pascal Groß. Maupay is the team's top scorer with four goals, while Mac Allister has scored twice this season. Regarding  Groß, the footballer knows what it's like to score against Liverpool, so he will try to share that feeling with his teammates and try to do so one more time to shock the league giants.
