It's been a very busy week for Serie A fans as this batch of fixtures comes on the heels of a midweek round of games.

After a midweek round, Serie A continues with another upcoming batch of games - meaning that the teams have played three games in just the span of a week or so! Next up will be some big matches, namely Milan and Roma going head to head in what could see one or both of these sides drop points.

Here's all you need to know ahead of matchday 11.

Serie A standings heading into matchday 11

Serie A games you won't want to miss on matchday 11

Hellas Verona vs Juventus: All eyes will be on how Juve responds after their embarrassing loss to Sassuolo midweek. On paper, the Bianconeri do look like the heavy favorites here, but Hellas Verona have pulled off quite a few surprises so far this season. Indeed, Igor Tudor's side recently beat Lazio in a shock 4-1 result, while nearly causing an upset for AC Milan, and handing Roma their first Serie A loss of the season. As such, Massimiliano Allegri won't be taking this match lightly as they want to avoid becoming the latest victims of Hellas Verona.

Inter vs Udinese: Reigning champs Inter have had mixed fortunes so far this season, and as a result have slipped seven points behind the league leaders. Will they be able to pick up a much needed three points when Udinese come to town? The Zebrette have been in poor form this season, and are winless in their last five matches, with four consecutive draws ahead of this contest.

Salernitana vs Napoli: The Serie A debutants will have a tough task on their hands as they welcome high-flying Napoli on Sunday. Although the Partenopei saw their 100 per cent winning streak end as they were held to a 0-0 draw with Roma, Luciano Spalletti's side are still on top of the table following their 3-0 win over Bologna midweek. Salernitana, for their part, have won just twice all season, but those two wins for the debutants have come in their last five matches, so Napoli obviously won't be resting on their laurels.

Roma vs Milan: Along with Napoli, Milan are still the only unbeaten team remaining in Serie A. Stefano Pioli's men have been in impressive form so far this season and given that Napoli are the heavy favorites against debutants Salernitana, the onus will be on Milan to get things right here. The same applies with the Giallorossi, who have had their ups and downs as of late.
