Manchester United will be looking to bounce back from their weekend defeat when they welcome Atalanta to Old Trafford.

The story so far

Manchester United will aim to rebound from a spate of disappointing results when they face Atalanta BC in Champions League on Wednesday at Old Trafford. The Premier League club suffered another setback in the league at the weekend against Leicester City and now said to be looking for a way out of what seems like a new crisis.

Despite having had enough time to reorganise themselves during the international break, the Red Devils have still be unable to hit a consistent winning run. The 2-1 win over Villarreal in the second Champions League outing of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men remains their only win across the last five matches. Going into Tuesday's game, they will be eager to get a favorable result as they currently sit third on the table.

For Atalanta, the objective will be to replicate to their impressive run in Serie A in the rest of their Champions League outings. La Dea have currently lost once in their last five games on the domestic front but have managed just a win from the two games they have played in the European competition thus far. Having picked up a 2-2 draw against Villarreal, Gasperini's men went all out to beat Young Boys 1-0 in their last outing. They currently sit atop the table in Group F with four points.
