An agreement has been reached between RAI Internazionale and MP Silva for the 2012-13 Serie A season.
RAI Internazionale will be airing Live Italian-language broadcasts of the Serie A for the 2012-13 season on it's satellite platform. The channel is available in the US, Canada, Australia and in Latin America on multiple satellite platforms.
Serie A fans will be relieved with the news of this deal, as the availability of Serie A broadcasts in the US and Canada was under threat. The recent acquisition of Serie A TV rights by newcomer beIN Sport has limited avaialbility of the Serie A due to lack of distribution deals of its new sports channels beIN Sport and beIN en Espanol.
The league kicks off on Saturday August 25th, 2012. Serie A matches will be confirmed as soon as listings are available.
