Fresh off their Copa Argentina title triumph midweek, Los Xeneizes will be looking for their first league win of the season.
Boca Juniors, Argentina's most popular club, will be looking to pick up their first victory of the Argentine 2012/13 First Division when they welcome Tigre to the Bombonera stadium on Sunday.

Boca will come into the clash with high spirits, after having obtained the Copa Argentina midweek with a 2-1 victory over Buenos Aires rivals Racing Club in San Juan.

In the first round of the competition, Julio Falcioni's side were overwhelmed 3-0 by top-flight newcomers Quilmes, but they will be eager to get back on track in front of their home fans.

Boca, whose captain Juan Roman Riquelme decided to part ways with the club following their Copa Libertadores finals defeat to Corinthians, will be unable to count with the services of Uruguayan striker Santiago Silva, who received a red card in the loss to Quilmes. His most likely replacement will be Nicolas Blandi.

Los Xeneizes recently signed Lautaro Acosta and Guillermo Burdisso, but both players have yet to reach ideal physical conditions to make their official debuts.

However, goalkeeper Oscar Ustari will defend the Boca posts for the third consecutive match after having joined the club from Spain's Getafe.

Meanwhile, Rodolfo Arruabarrena, the coach of Tigre, will make two changes to the side who were beaten 2-1 by Estudiantes de La Plata in the first round of the competition.

Matias Perez Garcia, who joined the club from All Boys, will make his official debut by replacing Federico Santander, while Lucas Orban will take the place of Carlos Casteglione.

In Sunday's other games, Argentinos Juniors take on Racing Club and Union de Santa Fe entertain Quilmes.
