London 2012 Women's Soccer live on CTV OlympicsSweden qualified on top of their group but only just as they finished with five points like Japan. They are now looking to maintain their unbeaten record at the London 2012 Olympics.

They enter Friday’s clash against France with a point to prove. The Swedes allowed a 2-0 lead to slip in their 2-2 draw against Canada on Tuesday. Focus will be key against the French.

The latter tested USA to the limit and despite losing 4-2, they gained enough experience and drive to qualify as runners-up in Group G. France have not conceded a goal in the last 180 minutes at the London 2012 Olympics and hey have already scored eight goals.

Viewers in Canada can count on V, OLN, RDS Olympiques and CTV Olympics to broadcast the match live. NBC Olympic Soccer and NBC Sports Network are the channels to check in the United States. In UK, Sweden vs France airs live on BBC Olympics.

At 14:00 local time (9:00am EST), USA face New Zealand. The Americans are the overwhelming favourites in this quarter-final tie. New Zealand made it to this stage as one of the third-placed teams. They commenced the tournament very slowly with 1-0 defeats in the hands of Great Britain and Brazil.

However, they showed up in their final group game; that is when it mattered most. Taking full advantage of Cameroon’s flaws, New Zealand clinched maximum points thanks to a 3-1 win. Do they have enough momentum and luck to upset the United States on Friday?

Led by Abby Wambach, Hope Solo and Alex Morgan, the United States are expected to cruise into the semi-finals. Watch the Americans attempt to avoid an upset at St James’ Park.

In the United States, watch USA vs New Zealand on NBC Olympic Soccer and NBC Sports Network. This game airs live on RDS, RDS Olympiques and CTV Olympics in Canada and on BBC Olympics in the United Kingdom.
