The South American giants will progress to the following phase of the competition with a victory at Old Trafford.
Brazil come into their clash with Belarus as the odds-on favourites, after their 3-2 victory over Egypt in their opening Group C match on Thursday.

The South Americans will be assured of progression to the following phase of the competition if they overcome Belarus at The Theatre of Dreams on Sunday.

For many Brazil are the main contenders for the Olympic gold medal, even if they were made to sweat on Thursday, as after taking a comfortable 3-0 lead against Egypt they allowed the Pharaohs to pull back two second half goals.

Brazil, who have never won the Olympic gold medal despite having won the World Cup on five occasions, will be hoping to take advantage of the fact that they count with numerous players from their senior squad, including the likes of Thiago Silva, Hulk, Leandro Damiao and Neymar.

Neymar, Brazil's most influential player, showed flashes of his brilliance against the Egyptians, but although perhaps it wasn't his best display, he still managed to find the back of the net with a fine header.

The Santos striker will be eager to play to his full potential against a Belarus side that also only need a victory to advance to the next phase after beating New Zealand 1-0 in their group C opener.

Mano Menezes, the coach of Brazil, has no injury concerns and will likely repeat the same starting eleven that featured in the win over Egypt.

Expect a strong performance from the much-fancied Selecao at Old Trafford on Sunday.
