Belgium international Edin Hazard will finally quit Lille where he has played since the beginning of his senior career in 2007.
Hazard is a 2011 French Ligue 1 and 2011 Coupe de France champion. His individual efforts, marked by 47 goals and 38 assists in 191 appearances have transformed him into a top transfer target with Manchester City and Manchester United both fighting to sign him.

Edin Hazard spoke to the media on Monday night as he scooped the French Ligue 1 Best Player award. Responding to a question about his expected move, the Belgium sensation reportedly stated:

“To Manchester, as I have already said. The decision will be taken soon. I have made my choice 90 per cent.

“There are always small things that can change everything. You will soon know where my future lies.

“[Manchester] City have won the title this year, and they have great players, a great coach and a nice project. At United, we all know [Sir Alex] Ferguson and all the talented players he has in his squad.”

According to rumours in the English media, Manchester City are in pole position to sign Edin Hazard as the Red Devils will reportedly not splash an outrageous figure on the table.
