The Rossoneri confront the highly-anticipated derby in a must-win situation, while Juventus will be looking to edge closer towards the title against Cagliari.

May 6, 2012: Atalanta (11th) vs Lazio (5th)

Having won only two of their last ten games, Lazio have dropped two points behind the Champions League qualification zone, and with only two games remaining this season, they have no choice but to pick up the three points at Atalanta, to remain in with a chance of qualifying for Europe's maximum club competition after a lengthy exodus. Lazio have lost five successive away games, and don't appear to have the right state of mind to turn around this negative statistic against an Atalanta outfit who have won their last two home games.

Probable Starting Line-ups:

Atalanta - Consigli, Peluso, Manfredini, Stendardo, Raimondi, Bonaventura, Cazzola, Cigarini, Schelotto, Moralez and Denis.

Lazio - Bizzarri, Diakite, Scaloni, Garrido, Konko, Cana, Candreva, Gonzalez, Lulic, Mauri and Kozak.

Prediction: Atalanta 2-0 Lazio

May 6, 2012: Bologna (9th) vs Napoli (3rd)

Unbeaten in their last four games, Napoli find themselves in the Champions League qualification zone, after an impressive run of results. Napoli's rise has been in great part due to the incredible form of Uruguayan talisman Edinson Cavani, who is second on the scoring charts with 23 goals this season. But Walter Mazzarri's side face a rejuvenated Bologna, who are currently on a six-game unbeaten streak. Expect a hotly-contested encounter between two of the most in-form sides of the competition.

Probable Starting Line-ups:

Bologna - Agliardi, Raggi, Antonsson, Cherubin, Garics, Mudingayi, Taider, Morleo, Belfodil, Diamanti and Di Vaio.

Napoli - De Sanctis, Cannavaro, Aronica, Britos, Maggio, Gargano, Inler, Hamsik, Zuniga, Lavezzi and Cavani.

Bologna 1-3 Napoli

May 6, 2012: Cagliari (15th) vs Juventus (1st)

When it appeared that Juventus would cruise to their first Scudetto since 2003, the Bianconeri suffered an unexpected home draw to Lecce midweek, and due to Milan's victory over Atalanta Antonio Conte's team only have a one point advantage over their rivals with two games left to play this season. Juventus, who continue to remain unbeaten through 36 games, will travel to Cagliari in a must-win situation on Sunday, because if they slip-up once more and Milan manage to beat rivals Inter, they would practically hand the title to the Rossoneri. Juve will not have fond memories of the last time they faced Cagliari, as they surrendered an early lead to be held to a frustrating 1-1 draw in January.

Probable Starting Line-ups:

Cagliari - Agazzi, Perico, Astori, Canini, Pisano, Ekdal, Conti, Nainggolan, Cossu, Ribeiro and Pinilla.

Juventus - Buffon, Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini, Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Marchisio, Giaccherini, Vucinic and Borriello.

Prediction: Cagliari 0-1 Juventus

May 6, 2012: Inter Milan (6th) vs AC Milan (2nd)

Milan enter the Derby Della Madonnina against Inter trailing league leaders Juventus by just a single point, and they will be desperate to inflict a defeat upon their arch-rivals, to remain in the title race with so little remaining before the conclusion of the Serie A. The Italian champions have returned to winning ways in recent weeks, and will confront the match as if it were a final. Rivals Inter also have much at stake, as they find themselves three points from the Champions League qualification zone and can't afford to drop any points in order to keep their European dream alive. The Nerazzurri won the last derby between the sides, courtesy of a lone strike from Argentine hitman Diego Milito. No matter what the outcome of the derby is, you can be assured of fireworks.

Probable Starting Line-ups:

Inter: Julio Cesar, Maicon, Lucio, Samuel, Nagatomo, Guarin, Cambiasso, Zanetti, Sneijder, Alvarez and Milito.

Milan: Abbiati, Abate, Nesta, Mexes, Bonera, Nocerino, Van Bommel, Muntari, Boateng, Cassano and Ibrahimovic.

Prediction: Inter 1-2 Milan
